The LMA invites members to a session designed to challenge some of the most persistent myths and misunderstandings in insurance law.

Through practical, real-world examples, the discussion will cover the Insurance Act 2015, warranties, conditions precedent, fair presentation, policy wordings and other common issues encountered in underwriting and claims.
