Insurance and reinsurance wordings are coming under unprecedented pressure in today’s rapidly changing risk environment. The emergence of new exposures, from AI and other new technologies, as well as the continued development of old exposures such as war and changing climate patterns, has strained familiar wordings, often to breaking point. In this session, the speakers discuss the evolving risk environment and the uncertainty over the suitability of policy wordings, which are interconnected and systemic issues.
