Trust – building trustworthiness and trusted advisor status

In this IIL webinar, Nick Thomas talks about the importance of trust and how to build it with particular reference to winning new business and client retention and growth.

This session explores the huge benefits of developing trust and trusted advisor status in our working relationships, and specifically with clients and prospects. The speaker looks at each of the components of the trust equation in turn and explores how we can develop trustworthiness in our every day working lives. In the insurance industry, and other professions, we tend to focus on developing our technical skills, our subject matter expertise and market knowledge. However this is just one component of building trustworthiness, and the research on how we can best improve trust will surprise you!
