The LMA Chief Risk Officers’ Committee and Risk Next Generation Committee are pleased to invite you to the presentation of the results of the 2026 Lloyd’s Market Chief Risk Officer Benchmarking Survey, conducted in partnership with Teneo. The survey received responses from over 30 managing agents and provides valuable insight into how risk functions are currently structured, resourced and evolving across the market.

The event will explore the key findings from the survey, including governance, operating models, talent, technology and assurance practices, and provide an opportunity for participants to benchmark their own functions against broader market trends.

The presentation of the findings will be followed by a panel discussion examining:

• how the role of the risk function continues to evolve from oversight and assurance towards strategic business partnering
• the skills and capabilities risk professionals require today and those that will be needed in the future
• how firms can navigate emerging talent, resourcing and capability challenges while continuing to deliver value to their organisations.

The event will conclude with networking drinks, providing an opportunity to continue the discussion with peers from across the market.
