At this event you will get an opportunity to hear from the executive advisory group for RATL (Race Action Through Leadership), about how they have developed their career, what barriers they have experienced, and how they have overcome them.

RATL is an initiative bringing together senior insurance leaders of colour to create a stronger voice to influence the industry at all levels. Through their strategy, RATL aims to influence the increased representation of Black, Asian, Mixed and other Minority Ethnic professionals at all levels of the insurance industry, a sector that welcomes, respects and benefits from cultural differences.

The session will be introduced by Mark Lomas, Head of Culture at Lloyd’s, with Haywood Spratt and Eniola Alale from the Multi-Cultural Awareness Community moderating the discussion.
