The LMF Change & Business Transformation Practice Group, was the first ever Executive Practice Group created by London Market Forums and has a big following, especially for those leading change and transformation projects in the Lloyd’s & London Market.

At this next Breakfast Practice Group meeting, we’ll be discussing and debating the change challenges and opportunities for 2023 and in particular looking at the range of changes projects being managed across the EC3 community and discussing prioritisation between internal change and Market related projects/programme. As usual, there’ll be a mixture of great contributors/subject matter experts, live polling, a delicious breakfast and our popular roundtable open discussion.

The Practice Group is open to those employed by a carrier, broker, Lloyd’s or Market Trade Association. This event is not open to suppliers, although do approach LMF if you are a supplier and would like to be part of the LMF community, moving forward.
