Join the Lloyd’s Lab for a series of short, insightful sessions with a selection of teams from their fifth cohort. Each session will run for 45 minutes, including Q&A. These will not be sales pitches, but will instead allow the teams to present some of their thought leadership and ideas.
Inclusivity Solutions will be talking about how applying Eric Ries’s ‘Lean Startup’ model shaped a company culture and business strategy. Following a business review in 2019 Inclusivity Solutions decided to embark on a journey to becoming a ‘Lean’ startup, applying Ries’s Lean methodology across the company. The 10 month journey has yielded some significant learnings which has impacted the business on multiple levels. In this presentation the presenters will share some of those learnings including:
