This LMA presentation by Duncan Strachan, Partner and Alastair Homan, Associate of DAC Beachcroft will examine liability claims for accidents abroad.

The first part will discuss various jurisdictional matters and focus on the Package Tour Regulations. It will look at the EU in particular the applicable laws and related issues including potential pitfalls.

The second part will cover conflict of laws including Floridian bad faith litigation arising out of Caribbean tour operator liability claims.
