DESCRIPTION:This LMA presentation by Duncan Strachan\, Partner and Alastair Homan\, Associate of DAC Beachcroft will examine liability claims for accidents abroad. \nThe first part will discuss various jurisdictional matters and focus on the Package Tour Regulations.
