To wrap up the series, Sian Fisher of the Chartered Insurance Institute will lead a panel including Allianz CEO Oliver Bäte, FERMA CEO Typhaine Beaupérin and Lloyd’s Chairman Bruce Carnegie-Brown, examining the role insurance should play in helping build customers’ resilience to systemic risks.

We’ll examine what customers need from the insurance industry and how we can ensure the customer voice is embedded in product design and decision making, ultimately strengthening customer knowledge and understanding.
