Tim Brymer and Jonathan Stevens of asb law will give a briefing on the impact on air safety arising from the Next Generation technology, as well as research and development leading to the proposed Single European Skies ATM reforms.

This will include a discussion of associated cyber security risks and exposures arising, including thoughts on how to identify and mitigate these.

Tim Brymer is a lawyer and pilot with 40 years experience, Tim has represented aviation insurers, airlines, and manufacturers across Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. He is regularly involved in high-profile aviation disaster work.

Jonathan Stevens is a dispute resolution specialist with experience of advising international clients on insurance issues and claims, risk management and aviation disputes.
