Lloyd’s will be hosting representatives from the ARPC on Friday 19 May in London. This will be an opportunity to learn more about the ARPC’s recent visit and forthcoming changes to the Reinsurance Agreement.

Michael Stallworthy and Jessie Khan of the Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation (ARPC) are visiting London in May to conduct a Terrorism Premium and Aggregate Review of Lloyd’s, visiting a pre-selected number of syndicates.

Following this review Michael and Jessie have agreed to host a short seminar at Lloyd’s covering the following topics:
– Common issues discovered during the ARPC’s visit;
– Any unusual issues discovered;
– The current state of play for the ARPC;
– Forthcoming changes to the reinsurance agreement being introduced from 1 July 2017; and
– What the ARPC do with the aggregate report data
