AI in the insurance industry: the emerging regulatory landscape 2025

2025 is going to be a transformative year for AI. This workshop will help you understand how to mitigate the novel litigation, regulatory and reputational risks that are most significant for underwriters, including in relation to data protection, discrimination, hallucination and consumer protection. We will discuss the impact of these on a range of insurance products, including cyber, E&O and D&O insurance, and outline the key steps you can take to mitigate those risks.
