The IIL YMC is excited to announce that the London Market’s biggest and most hotly anticipated young professionals’ event will return on Friday 20 November 2026.

Join us for a fabulous evening of networking, dining, entertainment, and socialising with industry peers.

This event is a great opportunity to celebrate CII/PFS exam success, reward staff achievements, boost team morale, encourage team bonding, and raise a glass to success in the year ahead!

This year, the YMC Winter Ball will be supporting The Godwin Lawson Foundation. By purchasing tickets for the event, you will be helping raise funds for the vital work they do.
