LMA’s key speaker, Suzanne Emmet, CPCU, CCEP, ARe, is the Senior Vice President of Claims for Eastern Alliance and has been with Eastern for 20 years. She has over 29 years of experience in claims management, including a prior position as Branch Claims Manager with the PMA Insurance Group in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania.

Suzanne is the immediate past president of the Board of Directors for Kids’ Chance of America and past president and Board member for Kids’ Chance of Pennsylvania. She serves on the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry’s Workers’ Compensation Conference Program Committee and is a contributing author for the PA Chamber of Business and Industry’s Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Guide.

Suzanne is a two-time Athena Award finalist. She received her B.A. degree in government from Franklin and Marshall College.
