
In this webinar, organised by the ISC Group, Katy Bennett, Ian Simons and Jane Portas will be sharing the data from the Insuring Women’s Futures project on the gender pay gap with a particular focus on the Insurance Gender Pay Gap, potential impacts of COVID-19 and key considerations.
Jane Portas is a Partner at PwC with 30 years’ experience of advising international insurance businesses on prudential and conduct regulation, risk management, related strategic business change and group structure optimisation. She has also held various regulatory policy and supervision roles, both directly at the UK regulator, and more widely advising international regulators. Jane leads PwC’s Brexit, and it’s Customer, Conduct and Financial Wellbeing services for Insurance, as well as the firm’s approach to financial inclusion.
Katy Bennett is a Director in PwC’s UK People and Organisation business, where she advises firms on a range of HR, diversity, regulatory and reward issues, with a particular expertise in diversity and inclusion. Outside of her consulting role, Katy is passionate about supporting diversity and has spoken at numerous events and networks on inclusivity, including providing press and public comments.
