Nuala Read, Transactional Risk Insurance Manager at Tokio Marine HCC, will be coming on the ISC Group broadcast to discuss her own experience of returning to work after parental leave and some of the aspects that need to be considered when anyone is returning to work after an extended period of leave.

Nuala will also explore the changing landscape and how, from a managerial perspective, she plans to help her team progress in their careers once they re-join the team.

Nuala Read leads Tokio Marine HCC’s Transaction Risk Team in London, offering insurance solutions for M&A deals. She is one of the most experienced professional in the M&A insurance market with over 20 years of M&A experience and is ACII qualified. Before joining TMHCC in 2017, Nuala worked in Aon’s M&A team for 15 years focusing on the placement of TRI insurance products for hundreds of M&A deals. In addition she has played an instrumental role in the development of policy wordings and new products for the M&A insurance market.
