In this Insurance Institute of London (IIL) Inclusion & Diversity panel webinar in association with iDAWN, Lynsey Cross, Chair of the IIL Inclusion & Diversity committee, will be joined by a number of speakers to discuss invisible disabilities from a variety of perspectives including mental health, neurodiversity and those living with other invisible conditions.
This year, the theme for International Day of Persons with Disabilities is ‘a disability-inclusive, accessible and sustainable post COVID-19 World’.
This panel discussion will cover a number of key issues including, whether, following COVID 19, the insurance industry has adapted well to the challenges which arise in supporting colleagues living with invisible conditions, whether remote working has created more barriers for those living with a condition, what you can do now to feel empowered to support yourself and others and finally, sharing some top tips from industry insiders on what’s currently working well.
