About the International Bodily Injury Index

The LMA’s International Bodily Injury Index, launched in 2024, tracks personal injury compensation award costs across a wide range of international jurisdictions and bodily injury types.

Developed in collaboration with DAC Beachcroft, the Index provides valuable insight into inflation and deflation trends affecting bodily injury claims.

What to expect
