In this IIL interactive webinar, Antonia Roberts helps participants discover ways to overcome their personal barriers to delegation and will explore how to set those they are delegating to up for success.

As we progress in our careers, delegation becomes a critical gateway skill. Delegation not only enables us to get more work done but creates the capacity to take on new projects, continue with personal development and spend more time developing others. At the same time, delegating and supervising work can be one of the most challenging aspects of managing others and when it goes wrong, can end up being time-consuming rather than time-saving.

In this session, participants will learn delegation best practices and will receive practical, immediately actionable tips to help them delegate more efficiently and effectively.
