Helen Dines, Director, r10 Consulting 

Helen Dines leads the Project Delivery team at r10 and has over 20 years experience at insurers, brokers and service providers and across all classes of business. She has led large and small operational teams and driven and delivered Market Reform initiatives as well as designing and implementing significant internal change and technology programmes and client delivery solutions. Helen has specialised in operational build and transformation, including operating model design, technology implementations, nearshoring, offshoring and outsourcing. As Operations Lead at a number of large organisations, she’s built and executed business continuity plans as well as strategic location reviews.

Anna Woodeson, Director, LTS Architects

Anna Woodeson joined LTS Architects in 2016 as co-Director to help develop the practice. This follows 20 years’ realising award-winning designs, most recently during more than a decade at Wilkinson Eyre Architects. Her passion for sustainable design in its broadest context has led her both to spearhead green initiatives within practice and in the community and to represent the industry through external engagement. She is on the member’s committee at the UK Green Building Council and was an expert panellist for the Liveable Cities project. Anna lectures on sustainability across the country, teaches at the Bartlett School of Architecture and mentors for the Construction Industry Council.
