To provide members with some time to focus on their mental health and wellbeing, Bex Parker Smith Yoga is offering Insurance Institute of London (IIL) members a free to attend guided relaxation session suitable for all, whether you practice meditation regularly or are a newcomer to mindful practices.
The session will begin by focussing on your breath, after which Bex will guide you through a relaxing body scan and peaceful visualisation, designed to soothe anxiety and stress, and promote feelings of calm.
To participate in the session, all you will need is a laptop or screen, some cosy clothing (pyjamas are encouraged!) and somewhere you can lie down comfortably – your bed, sofa or a soft rug work well.
