Ulrich Seega is the Managing Director of Schonhofer, an insurance focused talent advisory and executive search firm known for its unique approach to inclusion, diversity and assessing talent. With that Schonhofer is at the forefront of research into the kind of talent the insurance industry requires to meet the new challenges influenced by constant change, technology and cyber risk.
