With large caseloads escalating after a sustained period of closure, the US Judicial System has implemented fully virtual trials which have successfully resulted in cases being resolved. As an effective way of eliminating the backlog and with other jurisdictions expected to follow suit, we invite Scheer.Law to share their recent experience of conducting a case virtually.
