For Stress Awareness Month (April 2021), we are partnering with Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest (MindCHWF) to deliver a webinar focussing on stress and burnout in the workplace.

Description

Stress is something we all deal with in our lives, but that doesn’t make it any easier when things start to get on top of us. We all know what it feels like to be stressed, but do we know how to manage stress when it becomes too much to cope with?

This webinar will be suitable for all who would like to improve their knowledge around stress-related issues and learn practical tips to reduce stress for themselves as well as those around them.
