Standing Firm in Power and Pride with Sickle Cell 2025

As part of this year’s Black History Month theme, “Standing Firm in Power and Pride,” we invite you to an inspiring event in partnership with Black Blood Matters and NHS Blood and Transplant team, proudly sponsored by Aon, Everest, Equity City, Lloyd’s, and Miller.

Together, we’ll shine a spotlight on sickle cell disease, its impact on our community, and the vital role of blood donation. The NHS team will be on-site from 12 PM at Lloyd’s to conduct free blood type tests, helping more people take the first step toward becoming life-saving donors. It only takes a minute, and there’s no need to pre-register. Walk-ins are welcome!
