Lloyd’s Chairman, Bruce Carnegie-Brown, will be welcoming War Widows and Far East Prisoners of War as esteemed guests to Lloyd’s for the service, including, Peter Estlin, the outgoing Lord Mayor of London, Chelsea Pensioners, and representatives of the Royal British Legion Lloyd’s and City Branch.
A Guard of Honour will be provided by the HMS President Royal Naval Reserve, 7 Rifles, the Rifles’ Reserve Infantry Battalion of London and the South East. The Lloyd’s Choir will perform before the wreath laying ceremony, following which the Lutine Bell will be rung ahead of the Last Post being sounded by buglers which begins the two minutes of silence.
To attend the Remembrance service, visitors must be accompanied by a Lloyd’s pass holder.
