RAAC: Really? Another Avoidable Construction Scandal?

Join us on Wednesday 18th October for an event hosted in conjunction with Fenchurch Law and Robery Forensics.

Our speakers will be taking a timely look at the latest scandal to hit the construction sector: RAAC. The session will cover the technical aspects of RAAC – the history; how to identify whether it might be present; affected buildings and remedial solutions – as well as the legal implications both in terms of the claims that might be brought against the construction sector and the extent to which there may be insurance cover available for the cost of remediation.

The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception at Gatehouse Chambers’ office in Gray’s Inn.
