The LMA’s FI/PI Claims Committee in conjunction with the LMA/LIIBA U35s Claims Committee would like to invite you to attend a presentation skills workshop. Presentations are recognised as a key skill set of the insurance professional and are a typical part of everyday working life in the insurance industry.

This workshop will be led by insurance professionals experienced in presenting and is designed to give you some practical tips that will help you to improve the content of your presentation, your presentation technique and presenting confidence.

The workshop will cover:

• hints and tips on giving presentations, including real-life stories from insurance professionals
• how to develop your own style of presenting
• group exercises to test your skills.
