In this LMA lecture David Chadwick, Partner and Leo Demetriou, Associate of Kennedys will give a brief introduction about the different types of policies and will:

• provide a run through of the perils insured, key policy terms and their effect
• discuss common claims scenarios demonstrating the legal issues that often arise.

Attendees will gain a better understanding of the difference classes of policies relating to Political Risk and Trade Credit claims, and ‘first-hand’ experience of the most common legal issues that arise and how they tend to be resolved.
