The FCA and PRA published their final rules on Operational Resilience on 29 March 2021. Firms have until 31 March 2022 to implement the new rules.

Description

The LMA’s Operational Resilience Working Group is launching their market guidance on the rules which will include templates and methodologies to help firms navigate the requirements and implement the rules within their own business.

We will also invite two guest speakers from specialist firms to give their expert views on the new rules, and there will be an opportunity for Q&A.
