This webinar is suitable for all who would like to improve their knowledge around mental health problems, where to seek support and how to support a colleague experiencing a mental health problem.

At the completion of the webinar you will be equipped with improved awareness and understanding of mental health at work, the signs and symptoms of mental ill health, as well as how to initiate a conversation about mental health and handle disclosure.
