In moot format, this event will explore the insurability of fines & penalties and factors weighing upon insurability and specific issues associated with GDPR and the operation of ‘war and terrorism’ exclusions on direct and reinsurance coverage.

Advocates will speak for and against coverage propositions and ultimately attendees will be invited to decide on the outcomes.

Attendees will gain a technical appreciation of the coverage issues around fines & penalties (including GDPR fines) and the extent to which war and terrorism exclusions impact directly on reinsurance coverages.
