The LMA are pleased to announce a series of informal and engaging online ‘bitesize’ presentations and discussions.

Each session will consist of a 15-20 minute presentation, via Microsoft Teams, followed by an opportunity to ask questions. The presentations will be recorded and posted on the LMA website, along with a FAQ document that supports the Q&A during or post the presentation.

McKenzie Intelligence Services (MIS) will run through the following:

• how to access and optimise your use of their unique, centrally funded shared service
• how to improve the accuracy of initial exposure reserving by up to 93% using timely and reliable data
• using remote assessment to triage and manage claims, improving lifecycle, bottom line and outcomes for policyholders
• their work with the European Space Agency and evolution of the technology driving the service.
