It will considering how best to manage a litigation, highlighting opportunities and pitfalls along the way, with consideration given to:

• the insured’s experience
• disclosure
• preparing witness evidence
• choosing the right expert and barrister
• understanding your opponent
• ADR.

Attendees will gain a better understanding of the how to manage a liability litigation and will focus on practical management points that insurers and reinsurers need to understand to most efficiently run a claim to settlement.
