This event has been shaped following feedback from those of you who attended in 2017, and we hope you like the improvements.

The purpose of this year’s LatAm Showcase is to:

• Provide you with an opportunity to learn more about the Latin America markets (featuring presentations from Lloyd’s country teams on Colombia, Mexico, Argentina & Chile and Brazil)
• Update you on the market challenges facing Colombia and the impact on re/insurance from the Colombian Ambassador for the UK, H.E Néstor Osorio
• Hear from Carlos Caicedo (from IHS Markit) about the political and economic outlook for the whole of the Latin American region and the impact on re/insurance
• Hear how Lloyd’s is supporting the LatAm regional growth, with a panel discussion where you can ask questions to the Lloyd’s LatAm and London teams
• Give you an opportunity to network with the Lloyd’s team and members of the Lloyd’s market via a series of networking breakfasts

The Showcase will run across three mornings (Tuesday 26, Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 June), and start each day with a networking breakfast, followed by presentations and discussions finishing by 11am.
