Joint Learning & Development (CPD) Conference 2026

Our next annual Joint Learning & Development (CPD) Conference will be taking place at Lingfield Park Resort.

This conference, hosted jointly by the Insurance Institutes of Sussex, North Downs and Guildford, will deliver 5 hours of quality CPD that will be of interest to all general insurance professionals.

During the day, we have planned a range of topical subjects which will include:

• business continuity and disaster recovery planning
• cybercrime
• flood
• fraudulent claims

Online Booking

To book your place(s) for this conference, please use our online booking system by clicking on the Book Now button below.  The cost is £55 for CII/PFS members, £60 for non-members, or you can book a mixed table of 8 for £290. These prices are reduced as shown for all bookings made by 11.59 pm on 31 August 2026.

The price includes a buffet lunch and tea/coffee during breaks.

Payment can be made online (by debit or credit card) or you can choose to pay offline (by cheque or BACS) as part of this booking process – the debit/credit card option is not available for offline payments.

Please note that to take advantage of our Member rate, you will need to provide your membership number at the time of booking.

There is ample free parking on-site and the venue is a 10 minute walk from Lingfield Station.

Please note: This event is a regional collaboration between the local institutes in the area. Your booking details will be shared with the Insurance Institute of Sussex, which is acting as the host institute for this event.

When you submit your booking, you have made a formal agreement to attend the event. Cancellation rights do not apply. We will reserve space for you and any guests accordingly. To protect us from losses from non-attendance we will not be offering refunds for cancellations, although you can arrange a substitute attendee if you wish.
