The next Joint Cargo Committee (JCC) Forum will take place on 24 September 2024.

Agenda

• Lessons learned from the recent cargo judgement, Mok Petro Energy v Argo, and the interpretation of the cargo policy by the London court.
• The financial consequences of the late instruction of specialist surveyors on oil and chemical claims.
• The facilities needed to investigate causation and mitigation of such claims.

The presentation will be followed by an update from the JCC Members on the work of the Committee in Q2.
