Forum For Women From Black And Underrepresented Ethnic Backgrounds 2024

The ISC forums are a space for members to come together, build community and share advice.

As part of the work done by the ISC Racial Justice Working Group, these sessions are tailored to support women from minority ethnic backgrounds. Falling just after Juneteenth, we will be using this forum meeting as an opportunity to celebrate! Join us to talk about how to celebrate race and ethnicity diversity in the workplace and feel confident.

We recognise that the intersection of gender and race results in additional barriers to success and as such, we wanted to ensure that we were supporting this group of the ISC Community accordingly. These sessions are chaired by Sima Ruparelia, Chief Actuarial and Risk Officer at PartnerRe.
