Vivine Cameron, Education Partnerships Manager CII, and Manuel Thompson-Oloko, Early Careers Lead CII, will be discussing how they contribute to the growth of new, diverse, equitable and inclusive talent for the insurance profession and the work the CII is doing to address the talent deficit.

Vivine was appointed in January 2018 as Education Partnerships Manager with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

In her role, Vivine expands the range of education options available to insurance and personal finance professionals – both existing and new to the profession. Vivine works with University Partners, University Careers and Employability Offices and a large number of employers both large and small/medium enterprises; enabling the bringing together of employers and those seeking a role.

Vivine is a 2008 American Express Regent’s Club Award Winner – recognizing outstanding top performing 3% of employees globally for their goal achievements and leadership behaviours. Vivine is a highly skilled Project Manager with a real passion for individual, personal and professional Learning and Development.
