This talk will cover some key themes from the Innovation team at Lloyd’s including: The importance of intangible assets such as reputation, IP and human capital – and how to protect them. Trevor will also give an overview of how Lloyd’s has worked with the Product Innovation facility to explore this subject.

The Lloyd’s Lab has explored multiple fascinating ideas in the past year and Trevor will present several to illustrate the creativity that is coming to the market and how we are responding to it.

Innovative products come with challenges and the speaker will give some thoughts and insights into how to price innovative products and how it is vital to tie innovation aims into company strategy to avoid wasted effort.
