Led by John Cochrane, a joint IHS Markit Country Risk and Jane’s Terrorism and Insurgency Centre (JTIC) team will give a presentation highlighting selected aviation risks for 2018.

Topics to be covered include:

• what jihadist messaging tells us about the global threat to aviation
• the likelihood of another Brussels Airport attack
• aviation risks in the Sahel region
• aviation risks to helicopters in Mexico and Peru
• changing aviation risk environment in Afghanistan and Pakistan
• impact of war risks in the Levant and aviation risks in Libya.

The speakers will be prepared to take questions on the topics covered and other aviation risk issues.
