Most insurance businesses have been operating in a hybrid manner since Covid-19 restrictions required most employees to work from home. However, the insurance workforce hasn’t necessarily been operating effectively in a hybrid world.

Insurance business now need to make sure that their workforces are fully optimised whether in the office, at home or wherever. To give them the tools and technology to make sure they can both do their jobs to the best of their abilities, and feel valued as employees.

2. How much of a threat is the much trumpeted ‘great resignation’ in the insurance space; and how do insurance companies respond to the possiblity of losing their best talent?
