This session, to be presented by Mark Williamson, Isabel Ost and Christopher Hill, Clyde & Co, will cover the amendments made to the following model agreements in respect of GDPR and the Criminal Finances Act:

-Binding Authority Agreement – LMA 3113

-Consortium Agreement – LMA 3145

-TPA Agreement – LMA 9008A

-Risk transfer and non risk transfer TOBAs

Extensive market consultation has taken place in respect the changes to these model agreements and the aim is to publish the new versions, and endorsements which may be used with current versions, at the time of this presentation.
