In January InsTech London will be looking at the future payments in insurance with the help of a new sponsor, MasterCard. The event will be looking at the role of MasterCard currently play as well as their plans across the whole universe of payment types. It will also look at an array of recent innovations in the payment space, particularly how virtual credit cards are being used in the claims process and finally, it will examine the value of anonymized payments data to provide insights into customers and their claims. There is room for a lot of improvement in how the insurance community moves its money. This will be a chance to see how MasterCard and others can help us do that.
