This forum aims to discuss and bring some focus to both the challenges that we face and the opportunities that are available to us when considering the future role of claims professionals.

The first forum will be focusing on the future claims workforce, exploring how the roles and skills of today’s claims professionals are transforming, and providing an insight into the skills, experience and approach that will be necessary in the future.

In partnership with PwC, we will be launching the ‘Claims workforce of the future: 2030’ report. PwC will present a summary of the findings and discuss:
• the claims workforce of today
• the impact of transformation and automation
• the impact on skills
• the claims workforce of 2030.

This will be followed by a panel discussion made up of both current and future claims leaders.

There will be an opportunity for questions and debate on all matters of interest.
