This starts with having a compelling vision for your hybrid workplace: what does ‘good’ look like for your team or company? What sort of hybrid environment would promote wellness and resilience? The 5Cs (Communication, Coordination, Connection, Creativity and Culture) are a great foundation on which to build your vision.
