Significant changes are being proposed in the Policy Statement (PS17-27) released by the FCA on 13 December 2017 with the new regime taking effect in 2019. There is clearly much to do and don’t forget that the Conduct Rules will apply, for the first time, to ALL relevant staff. Are you aware as to the changes that will have to be made?
