The #EthnicityPayGap Campaign is set to present the Ethnicity Pay Gap Summit 2025 in collaboration with Spktral, and proudly sponsored by AFBE-UK and ShareAction. The event will also be supported by the Fawcett Society and Investing In Ethnicity. Hosted by Lloyds of London, this summit aims to provide a platform for crucial discussions, knowledge sharing, and actionable insights surrounding the Ethnicity Pay Gap, preparing the audience for upcoming legislation.

The Summit’s Vision

At its core, the Ethnicity Pay Gap Summit seeks to be an educational and inclusive space. It will serve as an environment where attendees can learn from experts, expand their networks and elevate their awareness and understanding of the multifaceted dimensions of this critical subject.
