A powerful twist on the classic 34 Pilates moves, this class will get you fired up and ready for a productive day ahead. This workout focuses on balance, control, and core strength as well as traditional Pilates mat work.
The class will begin with lateral breathing techniques to establish a mind-body connection, and end with a guided rhythmic breathing exercise. Both breathing practices promote relaxation and are a useful tool to help manage stress and anxiety.
